Two stores, one brand
Bikini Village trusted VAR Électrique with two of its Montreal stores: a new construction at Galeries d’Anjou, then a complete fit-out at Place Montréal Trust, downtown.
Galeries d’Anjou: new construction
At Galeries d’Anjou, we started from an empty space. Our crew installed the electrical panel and disconnect, the recessed lighting and the circuits for the fitting rooms before the store was handed over to the brand.
Place Montréal Trust: from jobsite to delivery
Downtown, the work began in an open ceiling: conduit runs, new electrical panels and disconnects, then the circuits for the sales floor. At delivery, the store featured track lighting over the displays, an illuminated storefront, a hanging digital screen and a cash counter with its own wall display, all powered by dedicated circuits.
Working in a shopping centre
Mall projects come with their own rules: access hours, landlord requirements and tight opening dates. We plan our crews and materials around them so the store opens on schedule.
